Iron oxide scale removal refers to the removal of iron oxide scale on the surface of the wire rod or intermediate wire blank. The purpose is to prevent the iron oxide scale from damaging the surface of the mold and steel wire during drawing, prepare good surface conditions for subsequent coating or plating treatments, and reduce friction during drawing Reduce the pulling force. Coating treatment: Coating a layer of metal or alloy on the surface of the steel wire that requires coating on the non-smooth surface. Generally, when the steel wire surface coating is required to be bright, dense and with high strength, it is first to be plated and then drawn. However, the requirements for the surface of the steel wire are not very high, and there is no special requirement for the strength and toughness of the finished product, but there are certain requirements for the weight of the coating.
